LONDON – 11 August, 2022 – Longacre Group has acquired a majority shareholding in Power Adhesives Limited (“Power” or the “Company”), a market leading manufacturer of hot melt adhesives and applicators.

Power is based in Basildon, Essex, where for the last 40 years it has been manufacturing and developing world-leading hot melt adhesives and applicators that service a vast array of industries globally.

Joining Power as CEO is Brendan Colgan. Brendan is an entrepreneurial manager with extensive experience in a number of global industrial businesses.
