Longacre Group acquires Versiv Composites from Saint-Gobain

Versiv is a Global Market Leader in the development and manufacture of a range of highly technical coated fabrics, films, and laminates. Products are designed to meet specific customer requirements and are sold into a range of specialized, growing end markets including renewable energy, healthcare, aerospace, automotive, and telecoms.

Commenting on its acquisition, Versiv CEO, Dale Thomas said:
